Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant De Burghoeve

Despite a misunderstanding between manager and The Fork, we could justify three of them and have enjoyed a super 1e-kerstdag-5-gangen-diner.A special thanks to the superior and sommelier, the two serving staff and of course to their Kitchen Brigade. Adviser!!!

Reserved for the first Christmas Day in November 2024. After different mail exchanges (with the same question every time: do you know that dinner is a fixed menu? Yes, I know and I have gluten and lactose intolerance) we received on the day itself (a few hours before dinner) hear that Christmas dinner took place in another Fletcher Hotel and even earlier. Not at 19.00 hour, but at 17.30. Not very nice. At arrival the cafe / lobby area was converted into a restaurant. The atmosphere was not comfortable. I was told that I had a gluten and lactose intolerance. With great difficulty, my menu was adjusted. There was too little staff, which was the reason we couldn't justify in the other Fletcher Hotel. If there was a drink ordered, it had to be asked several times. There was a lot of time between the walks through (5 walks dinner). We were around 17.30 and eventually went away around 22.00 hour. No good experience!!!

I didn't like the visit to the restaurant.It was already beginning to come in , they didn't know we had booked.The service was not friendly.We asked if we were going to drink some more on the terrace but that was not allowed because she indicated that she was But only was. Then she went to cover the table and she could take place you, but we had something like that we stayed here or we go away because we had booked through the Fork we thought when we went away it would cost us money. So we are But stayed, and they always asked if we were going to take place.We took a meal and then went away.In a hour we were gone.No recommendation to go there to eat.
